Treatment Process
- Our patients contact us with their medical data regarding their illnesses using our contact information on our website.
- Patients' complaints and, if any, medical data are transferred to the relevant physicians in the hospitals we have agreements with.
- The relevant units of the hospitals provide preliminary diagnosis for the patient and information about the treatment.
- The process and price information regarding the treatment recommended by the Health Services Team are shared.
- Assistance is provided for our patients who decide to undergo treatment to obtain a 'health visa'.
- Plane tickets are purchased for patients to come to Turkey on the requested date after obtaining the visa.
- The transfer of our patients arriving in Turkey with the visa obtained is provided by our team from the airport. In case of emergency, patients are taken directly to the hospital from the airport by ambulance.
- The hotels where our patients and their families will stay during the treatment period are arranged.
- Their appointments at the hospital are arranged before our patients come to Turkey, and they are transferred from the hotel to the hospital on the scheduled day and time.
- Touristic trips are organized for our patients during or after the treatment period upon their request.
